Arrivals and Departures (Saturday)
Keys will be available from 5 p.m. on the day of your arrival. If
arriving after 7 p.m., please advise us in advance. We do not accept
any responsibility for arrivals outside our normal office hours.
Departures must be before 10 a.m.
Reception Office
Our reception office is in the Port Soleil Shopping Centre.
Magnetic Card
You are required to purchase a magnetic card from the barrier office at
the entrance. This gives you access to the Naturist Resort.
Payments
Please send us the attached Booking Form, dated and signed, with a
deposit payment of 25% of the total. The balance is due 30 days before
your arrival. If the balance is not paid on time, your booking will be
cancelled and the deposit forfeit.
Cancellation Charges
30 or more days before arrival date booked : Loss of booking deposit ;
29 to 15 days before arrival date booked : 50% of total cost ; 14 to 0
days before arrival date booked : 100% of total cost.
Cancellation Insurance / liability insurance
We can arrange cancellation insurance/ liability insurance. The
insurance policy of the accomodation you will occupy does not provide
cover for your personal items or public liability. However, you home
insurance may give you appropriate protection, please check with your
insurer.
Deposit
A deposit of €200 for standard or €300 for “+" and
"++” accommodation (credit card) will be required in exchange for
your keys. Deposits will be cancelled during the week after your
departure if there have been no breakages and the accommodation has
been left clean and tidy. For parking spaces with remote control
access, a deposit of €80 is required.
Cleaning
Our apartments are rented in clean and good order. Should you find the
state of your accommodation unacceptable, you must advise us on the day
of your arrival so that we can do all the necessary to satisfy you. Any
later complaints cannot be accepted. You are required to leave your
accommodation in the same state on your departure: Washing-up done and
put away, waste bin empty, bathroom/WC cleaned, beds stripped An amount
of €40 to €60 according to the size of the accommodation,
will be retained from your deposit if any cleaning is required.
Television
You may use any television set that may be in an apartment free of
charge. However, Peng France cannot be held responsible for the working
of the set or for the quality of the signal from any communal aerial.
The same applies to stereo sets or DVD players.
Parking
If available, you will be offered a reserved parking space free of
charge. However, you have no automatic right to such a complimentary
service.
Our Prices Include
Reception service, electricity and water, heating, rental of accommodation as booked.
Our Prices do not Include
Booking fee, local tax of €1.05 (in 2011) in standard and
€0.85 in “+" and "++” accommodation per person per day
for adults; children up to 13 years free; magnetic entry card. Linen:
15€ for 1-2 pers. / week. Garage rental per day: 01/01-07/07 et
18/08-31/12 – €9; 07/07-18/08 – €10
